Proportion of Alleles Identical by State Threshold

Use this option to specify a proportion of alleles that are identical by state ( IBS ).

Any pairs of rows (or samples) that have IBS values greater than or equal to the specified proportion are reported in a data set with the suffix _prs appended.

To Specify the Proportion of Alleles Identical by State Threshold:

Select Identity by State as the Relationship Matrix to Compute .

Note : This option is available only when Identity by State is chosen as the Relationship Matrix to Compute .

Either type the desired value into the text field, or move the slider to the right or to the left to change the value.

Enter a value of 0 to omit this data set.

Tip : To change the scale of the slider, right-click on the slider and select Rescale Slider from the pop-up menu. Change the upper and/or lower boundaries in the window that appears, to rescale the slider and click OK .
