Temperature
Use this option to specify the temperature used in the simulated annealing method.
The original algorithm used for simulated annealing was developed to analyze statistical mechanics in condensed matter physics. This algorithm allows any value, so long as it is a positive integer, to be specified for temperature. Practically, the maximum temperature that scientists working with DNA would specify is 100 .
Note : This parameter is active only when SimAnneal is selected as the Search Method .
