Output survival function estimates for viewing survival curves

Check this box to create an output survival function estimates data set and associated action button for each association test selected.

The generated data set(s) contains the survival function estimates when testing for association with a survival trait . The action button enables you to plot survival curves for SNPs selected in the results plots or data sets.

This option is disabled when either By Variables or Interaction Effects are selected, or when more than one variable is specified under Trait Variables .

Caution : These data sets can be large , so this option should be checked only when running on a smaller subset of SNPs than a GWAS , for example.
