Center rows

Use this option to center each row to mean zero (0) before clustering or computing the PCA (whichever applies).

To Center Rows:

Check the Hierarchical Clustering or Principal Component Analysis box (if available) to activate this parameter.

Ensure that the Center Rows box is checked.
