Survival Residuals
The Survival Residuals process creates an output data set with an extra column of deviance residuals . The deviance residuals are a transform of the corresponding martingale residuals through fitting a Cox model with baseline (without any effect in model specification).
What do I need?
One Input Data Set is required. This data set must be in wide format, with one variable (column) containing a continuous variable to be predicted and multiple variables to be used as predictor variables.
For detailed information about the files and data sets used or created by JMP Life Sciences software, see Files and Data Sets .
Output/Results
Running this process generates an output data set consisting of the input data set with an additional column of deviance residuals along with a set of Distribution s and a Scatterplot Matrix showing multivariate correlations.
