p-Value Cutoff for Segregation Test Plots
Use this text box to specify an alpha value (false positive rate) for testing significant deviations of the segregation ratios from expected values.
Alpha must be a real number between 0 and 1.
A Volcano Plot showing the adjusted p-value for the chi-square goodness of fit test for the segregation ratios plotted against the difference in the frequencies of the A allele (P1 line) versus the B allele (P2 line) is generated as part of the output of this process.
