Combine Experiments
Running this process for the DrosophilaAgingExample sample setting generates one filtered output data set accessed from a Results window shown below. Refer to the Combine Experiments process description for more information about this process.
The Results window contains the following panes:
Output Data
This process generates one tall data set and a corresponding EDDS.
The output data set contains the key merge variable and all of the columns of the original tall data sets. The columns from the first tall input data set are located to the right of the merge variables, the variables from the second input data set are located to the right of those from the first tall data set, and so on.
The output EDDS consists of the rows of the second input EDDS have been appended to the bottom of the rows of the first input EDDS. In addition, two columns, indicating the former array designation and the file numbers from which the data were merged, have been added.

Click Reopen Dialog to reopen the completed process dialog used to generate this output.
Click Close All to close all graphics windows and underlying data sets associated with the output.
