Annotation Weight Variable

Use this field to specify the variable by which to weight variant allele counts in the test for association.

Note: You must select Annotation Weight Variable for the Type of Weight to Use option on the Options tab for this variable to be applied.

To Specify An Annotation Weight Variable:

Specify an Annotation SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight one variable by which you want to weight your results.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Annotation Weight Variable field.
