Covariates

Use this field to specify the covariates to be conditioned on in the models; that is, Trait Variables are adjusted for these quantitative effects in the analysis.

To Specify One or More Covariates:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight one or more covariates. To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down Ctrl while left-clicking on them.

Click to add the highlighted variables to the Covariates field, as shown below:
