Cumulative Proportion of Variation to Explain with Principal Components
Specify a value between 0 and 1 to indicate the cumulative proportion of variation to be explained by the principal components. The proportion entered here determines the number of principal components used to adjust the association tests.
If you want to directly specify the number of components, enter a 0 in this field. The value entered in the Maximum Number of Principal Components field is then used.
If no Trait Variables are specified, this value is used for determining how many principal components to include in the Merged PCA Output Data Set, if it is created.
Note: This option is enabled only when no PCA Data Set is specified.
