Gene Label

Use this field to specify the variable indicating the name to be used to label each gene in the output.

To Specify a Gene Label Variable:

Specify the Gene Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable containing the gene identifiers.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Gene Label field, as shown below:
