Genotype Probability Variables

Use this required field to specify those variables containing the probabilities for the three genotypes. If the three columns of probabilities always sum to one (1), then you can specify just two variables.

To Specify the Genotype Probability Variables:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable(s) listing the probabilities for the genotype at each SNP. To select multiple variables at once, hold down Ctrl while left-clicking variables.

In this example, genotype probabilities are listed in the ProbAA, ProbAB, and ProbBB variables.

Highlight the ProbAA, ProbAB, and ProbBB variables.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Genotype Probability Variables field, as shown below:
