Minimum Proportion of Nonmissing Genotypes
Use this feature to specify the minimum proportion of genotypes an individual can be missing to be included in the analysis. Individuals with less than this proportion of nonmissing genotypes at the Marker Variables are excluded from the output data set. By default, this parameter is set to 0.9.
Enter 0 to include all individuals regardless of missing genotypes.

Tip: To change the scale of the slider, right-click on the slider and select Rescale Slider from the pop-up menu. Change the upper and/or lower boundaries in the window that appears, to rescale the slider and click OK.
