Random Number Seed for Testing F Statistics

Use this option to specify the random number seed used for permutations to compute p-values for the Marker F statistics. Different values produce different outcomes of the algorithm.

Note: Changing this number produces a different realization of the algorithm.

Specify 0 to use the current clock time as the seed.

Note: This option is not available unless the Calculate p-values for F statistics box is checked.

To Change the Random Number Seed:

Make sure that the Calculate p-values for F statistics box is checked.

Type the desired value in the text field.
