Recombination Rate Variables

Use this field to specify variables containing pairwise recombination rates across all markers.

Note: These variables should form a square, symmetric matrix.

To Specify One or More Recombinant Rate Variables:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the desired variables. To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down Ctrl while left-clicking on them.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Recombinant Rate Variables field.
