Check this box to perform hierarchical clustering via PROC CLUSTER and to determine groups in PROC TREE. This option enables you to perform clustering when there are several thousand markers and the interactive JMP clustering cannot be performed due to memory constraints.
The computed recombination matrix is used as input for the CLUSTER Procedure to perform clustering based upon the recombination fractions. The number specified in the Initial Number of Linkage Groups parameter is used to determine the number of linkage groups.
