QTL Test Size Variables from Base Input SAS Data Set

Use this field to specify one or more QTL test size variables from the Base Input SAS Data Set set by which to merge. These all must be numeric variables.

To Specify One or More QTL Test Size Variables from the Base Input SAS Data Set:

Specify the Base Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the desired variables. Left-click a single variable, or hold down Ctrl while left-clicking multiple variables.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the QTL Test Size Variables from Base Input SAS Data Set field, as shown below:
