Output predicted values from every model

Check this box to create a data set containing a column of predicted values for every SNP model.

These columns are merged with columns from the input data set along with trait variables, and SNP variables as well as the variables not used in the analysis.

Note: Predicted values from the models that contain Effect-by-SNP interactions are not included.

Selecting this option when testing a large number of SNPs can create an extremely large output data set since there will be an extra column for every SNP.

Predicted values cannot be computed for nominal or ordinal traits in models that use the K matrix or include random effects.
