Mean Square Blocks or Replicates within Environments

Use this option to specify the mean square for blocks or replicates from the combined ANOVA of the original data with replicates.

This information is needed in the estimation of Alpha_i, as described by Tai (1971)¹.

To Specify the Mean Square Blocks or Replicates within Environments:

Check the Input data contains means of genotypes on each environment check box.

Enter the desired value in the text box. Acceptable values range from 0 to 1,000,000.
