Transformation of Output p-Values

Specify the type of transformation to apply to columns of output p-values.

Note: The transformation must be -log10 for Chromosome Color Plot output.

To Specify the Output p-Value Transformation Type:

Choose Tabbed Report for the Display output as a: option, which is located on the Output tab.

The Transformation of Output P-Values field becomes active.

Click the radio button corresponding to the type of transformation.
