This folder contains the Binary Probe Map (.bpmap) for tiling arrays. Generally, BPMAP files give the applicable genome build as part of the filename. For example, the name of the human tiling array BPMAP files, Hs35b_M and Hs35b_P assume that NCBIv35 coordinates are used throughout the analysis. Hs35b_M is for the Human Tiling 1.0R Array while Hs35b_P is for the Human Tiling 2.0R Array. The corresponding array library files can be downloaded through the NetAffx Download Engine input engine (Genomics > Import > Affymetrix > Download NetAffx Files) or Affymetrix website.
