Output Genotype Probabilities Data Set

Name of SAS data set containing three columns per SNP with the probability for each genotype, A/A, A/B, and B/B. This data set is in stacked format grouped by SNP.

If no name is specified, the name of the first genotype file, with the suffix "_igp" appended, is used.
