Fixed Effects

Use this field to specify the fixed effects variables to include in the model. The testing for SNP effects is adjusted for these effects, which can include class variables, continuous-valued variables, and interactions between variables.

To Specify One or More Fixed Effects:

Type the desired variables(s) in the text field. Separate variable names with a space.

For example, to use the variables Qtrt2, Qtrt3, and Qtrt4, as fixed effects, type Qtrt2 Qtrt3 Qtrt4 in the text box.

Note the spaces between the variable names.
