Replace highest values

Check this box to specify the option to replace the highest values.

Use additional parameters (Value to Use to Replace Highest Values, Replace intensities falling above this column percentile, Replace intensities falling above this value, and Replace intensities falling at least this many standard deviations above the column mean) to specify both the conditions under which high values are to be replaced and the values that they are to be replaced with.
