Run Subset and Reorder Genetic Data process to order marker data for QTL analysis

Select this option to run the Subset and Reorder Genetic Data process to order the columns of marker genotypes in the Input Genotype SAS Data Set the same as the ordering determined by the Linkage Map Order process that is run.
