The Ave Sig Index Chromosome Plots tab contains the following elements:
An Overlay Plot showing the average significant index for differences and the overall -log10 p-values.
The Average Sig Index for Diffs (left axis) is the mean of the 0-1 significance columns created for each difference. It is therefore the proportion of differences that are statistically significant. These are plotted in red on the graph and the overall -log10 p-value is plotted in blue (right axis). High points in both represent regions with the most number of significant differences.
A horizontal reference line, for the overall -log10 p-values, is drawn as a dashed line at the significance level that was specified. Observations above this line are significant.
