Peak Finding Statistics
The Peak Finding Statistics tab is shown below:
The Peak Finding Statistics tab contains the following elements:
Three bivariate fit plots.
These plots show .the areas of the peaks found. MeanLog2Area is the average of Area across all 165 samples. StdLog2Area is the standard deviation across all samples. PctZeroLog2Area is the percentage of zero spectrum across samples. Use the sliders to adjust the lambda value.
You can use the lasso tool to select a rectangular region containing points of interest. The rows containing these points are highlighted in the output data set. You can use Tables > Subset in JMP to generate a subset data set containing only these rows that can be subjected to further analysis.
