Findings Bubble Plot
Running this process with the Nicardipine sample setting and LB findings domain generates the tabbed Results window shown below. Refer to the Findings Bubble Plot process description for more information. Note that for this example, an Ending Time Value of 14 was entered on the Display tab of the input dialog because most measurements were taken only in the first two weeks of the study.
Output from the process is organized into tabs. Each tab contains one or more plots, data panels, data filters, or other elements that facilitate your analysis.
The Results window contains the following panes:
Tab Viewer
This pane provides you with a space to view individual tabs within the Results window. Use the tabs to access and view the output plots and associated data sets.
The following tabs are generated by this process:
Bubble Plot of LB: This tab displays a JMP Bubble Plot of findings values for each subject in a study that can be animated to view findings measurements across the study days or weeks of a trial. Note that the name of the tab is dependent on the current findings domain being analyzed. The tab is named "Bubble Plot of XX" where XX is the domain specified on the dialog.
Drill Down Buttons
Drill down buttons provide you with an easy way to drill down into your data.
The following drill down buttons are generated by this process:
Profile Subjects: Select subjects and click Profile Subjects to generate the patient profiles. See Profile Subjects for additional information.
Cluster Subjects: Select subjects and click Cluster Subjects to cluster them using data from available domains. See Cluster Subjects for additional information.
Create Subject Filter: Select subjects and click Create Subject Filter to create a data filter to be applied to subsequent processes to subset analyses.
Graph Time Trends: Click the Graph Time Trends action button to drill down to a Trellis Plot for each subject selected in the bubble plot view. The plots display the two Findings tests that were shown on the X-axis and Y-axis in the original bubble plot on the Y-axis. You can select more Findings tests to add to the Y-axis by clicking in the Variables panel on the left side of the plot and dragging selected tests to the right of the Y-axis of one of the subject plots. For example, you can select ALP and AST by clicking on ALP, then while holding Ctrl, also click AST and drag them both over until the light blue box appears as in the following figure:
