Exposure Summary
Running this process for Nicardipine using default settings generates the tabbed Results window shown below. Refer to the Exposure Summary process description for more information. Output from the process is organized into tabs. Each tab contains one or more plots, data panels, data filters, or other elements that facilitate your analysis.
The Results window contains the following panes:
Tab Viewer
This pane provides you with a space to view individual tabs within the Results window. Use the tabs to access and view the output plots and associated data sets.
The following tabs are generated by this process:
Exposure Summary: Presents a figure colored by treatment that displays the number of subjects treated on a particular study day.
Duration Distribution: Presents a Histogram for the total duration of exposure in terms of the number of days exposed to treatment.
Dose and ARM: Displays three plots showing the percent of subjects who remain on the study medication by Day of Study, the distribution of doses by arm, and a list of dose descriptive statistics by ARM along with a Box Plot of doses.
Drill Down Buttons
Drill down buttons provide you with an easy way to drill down into your data.
The following drill down buttons are generated by this process:
Profile Subjects: Select subjects and click Profile Subjects to generate the patient profiles. See Profile Subjects for additional information.
Show Subjects: Select subjects and click Show Subjects to open the ADSL (or DM if ADSL is unavailable) of selected subjects. A table of USUBJIDs is also presented.
Cluster Subjects: Select subjects and click Cluster Subjects to cluster them based on available covariates. See Cluster Subjects for additional information.
Create Subject Filter: Select subjects and click Create Subject Filter to create a data set of USUBJIDs, which subsets all subsequently run processes to those selected subjects. The currently available filter data set can be applied by selecting Apply subject filter in any process dialog.
Click View Data to view the associated data table. Refer to View Data for more information.
Click Reopen Dialog to reopen the completed process dialog used to generate this output.
Click Create Report to generate a standardized pdf- or rtf-formatted report containing the plots and charts of selected tabs.
Click Add Notes to take notes, and store them in a central location. Refer to Add Notes for more information.
Click View Notes to read user-generated notes. Refer to View Notes for more information.
Click Close All to close all graphics windows and underlying data sets associated with the output.
An Exposure Summary Report is also generated. This report is opened when the process has concluded its analysis. It summarizes the dosing in terms of Subject Years, presents summary statistics of subjects’ exposure to treatment, the frequency of subjects within exposure categories (number and range determined by Number of Duration Time Windows and Duration Time Windows in the dialog), and the cumulative frequency within exposure categories.
