Create Cross Domain Data
Running this process with the Nicardipine sample setting generates the tabbed Results window shown below. Refer to the Create Cross Domain Data process description for more information. Output from the process is organized into tabs. Each tab contains one or more plots, data panels, data filters, or other elements that facilitate your analysis.
The Results window contains the following panes:
Tab Viewer
This pane provides you with a space to view individual tabs within the Results window. Use the tabs to access and view the output plots and associated data sets.
The following tabs are generated by this process:
Indicator Tabs: Hierarchically clusters all binary indicator variables. One tab is created for each domain (ADSL (AD), Concomitant Medications (CM), Adverse Events (AE), Disposition (DS), Medical History (MH), and Laboratory Test Results (LB)) that has binary variables, depending on the options selected.
Statistic Tabs: Hierarchically clusters a statistic computed on continuous variables. One tab is created for each domain (ECG Test Results (EG), Laboratory Test Results (LB), and Vital Signs (VS)) that has continuous variables.
Drill Down Buttons
Drill down buttons provide you with an easy way to drill down into your data. The following drill down buttons are generated by this process:
Profile Subjects: Select subjects and click Profile Subjects to generate the patient profiles. See Profile Subjects for additional information.
Show Subjects: Select subjects and click Show Subjects to open the ADSL (or DM if ADSL is unavailable) of selected subjects.
Cluster Subjects: Select subjects and click Cluster Subjects to cluster them using data from available domains. See Cluster Subjects for additional information.
Create Subject Filter: Select subjects and click Create Subject Filter to create a data filter to be applied to subsequent processes to subset analyses.
Output Data
This pane provides links to the following output data sets:
Transposed Subject Data (adsl_cddt.sas7bdat): This data set is the transpose of the main output table. The transposed table has domain data identifiers as rows and subjects as columns.
Launch Follow-Up Processes
Cluster Domains: Click the Cluster Domains button to launch the Hierarchical Clustering process with the transposed output data set preloaded as input.
Click View Data to view the associated data table. Refer to View Data for more information.
Click Reopen Dialog to reopen the completed process dialog used to generate this output.
Click Create Report to generate a standardized pdf- or rtf-formatted report containing the plots and charts of selected tabs.
Click Add Notes to take notes, and store them in a central location. Refer to Add Notes for more information.
Click View Notes to read user-generated notes. Refer to View Notes for more information.
Click Close All to close all graphics windows and underlying data sets associated with the output.
