Select Help > Sample Data Library and open Car Poll.jmp.

Select the Chart command from the Graph menu.

Select age and click Statistics.

Select Mean from the drop-down list of statistics.

Select sex and type and click Categories, X, Levels.

Select marital status and country and click Grouping.
