In the Gaussian Process report, a marginal plot appears for each factor in the model. For each plot, all factors except one are integrated out using a distribution that is uniform over the ranges of the other factors in the data. The marginal prediction of the response for the remaining factor of interest is drawn in blue. The data points for the observed response values are included to show how well the marginal model fits the data. For models with a small number of factors, these plots can be used as diagnostic plots.
