One Sample Proportion Calculator

Use the One Sample Proportion legacy calculator to evaluate sample size for a hypothesis test about one proportion. For more information about calculations in JMP, see Barker (2011, Section 3.3).

Tip: To calculate sample sizes for one proportion, consider using DOE > Sample Size Explorers > Power > Power for One Sample Proportion. See “Power for One Sample Proportion”.
