Collapse and Expand All Column Groups

Use Collapse All Column Groups and Expand All Column Groups options to organize the grouped columns in the Columns panel.

To collapse or expand column groups

1. Select the red triangle in the Columns panel.

2. Select Collapse All Column Groups or Expand All Columns Groups.

or

1. From the main menu, select Cols > Collapse All Column Groups or Cols > Expand All Column Groups.
