Customize Common Orderings

Common orderings are built-in sets of data, such as month names, days of the week, and Likert, that are automatically arranged and sorted. You can create new common orderings and change and delete orderings that were user-created. This approach eliminates the need to edit a column property each time that you create a new report. Instead, you can create a custom ordering once and apply it multiple times, as needed.

Note: The default set of orderings include a lock icon (Image shown here) and cannot be changed or deleted. However, you can disable the option by clearing the check box.
