Example of Marker Admixture

Learn how to estimate the genetic contributions of ancestral populations to individuals in a population.

1. Select Help > Sample Data Folder, open Life Sciences, and then open Genotypes Pedigree.jmp.

2. Click the Genotypes Pedigree.jmp table.

3. Select Analyze > Life Sciences > Marker Admixture.

4. Select Markers (60/0) and click Marker.

5. Click OK.
