You can lock a column in place so that when you scroll horizontally, the column remains visible. Highlight the columns and select Cols > Scroll Lock/Unlock. Note the following tips:
• Hidden columns cannot be scroll locked.
• The name of a locked column appears in italics in the Columns panel.
• Scroll-locked columns are moved to the left side in the data grid. After you unlock the columns, they are not moved back to their original locations in the data table, but remain on the left side.
• Columns remain scroll locked until you highlight the columns and select Scroll Lock/Unlock again.
