The Model section of the Augment Design report contains the current assumed model. Make changes as needed. See “Model”. The Alias Terms section contains the alias terms for the current design. Make changes as needed prior to generating the augmented design. See “Alias Terms”.
The Factor Design table shows the current design. After generating the augmented design, the Factor Design table updates to the Design table. The Design table shows the augmented design where the augmented design includes the original runs and the additional runs.
In the Design Generation section of the Augment Design report, you can specify the number of total runs for the final design. If the starting design is a split-plot design with whole plots, specify the total number of whole plots for the final design. Use the Make Design button to generate the augmented design. The Augment Design window updates with the augmented design in the Design outline. The Design Evaluation outline contains design evaluation tools. See “Design Evaluation”.
