Preferences for Column Tags

Tags provide a way to find columns easily by marking them with a unique identifier. With tags, you can filter and organize columns. This enables you to easily see only the relevant columns.

The Column Tags page in JMP Preferences show a list of available tags where you can create, edit, and store tags. Tags defined in preferences are global tags that can be imported into any data table and used on columns.

Names are required for all tags, but icon or color badges, descriptions, and even column properties can be added optionally.
