Individuals

This section contains results from the analysis of the individual samples.

Area Plot

The area plot is a stacked bar chart that shows the probable contribution of each ancestral population to the genetic makeup of each of the individuals. Each color represents a different population. The contributions of each population sum to one in all individuals. The individuals are ordered based on the average admixtures.

This plot appears by default.

Parallel Plot

The parallel plot functions similarly to the area plot in representing the contributions of the ancestral populations to each sample. The vertical axis goes from zero to one and shows the probabilities for each sample.

You can click an individual line to see the relative contribution of each population to the sample.

Hierarchical Clustering

This platform clusters the individuals based on the contributions of the ancestral populations to each sample.
