This section contains results from the analysis of the individual samples. This section is surfaced only when either Parallel Plot for Markers or Cluster Markers is selected.
The parallel plot for the markers is like the parallel plot for the individuals, except that you examine the relative contributions of the populations to the genotype probabilities. Markers that are close to one in one of the population are likely to be fixed in that population. Markers closer to zero tend to be more evenly distributed across the populations.
Clustering for the markers is like clustering for the individuals, except that you examine the relative contributions of the populations to the genotype probabilities.
