Principal Component Analysis Plot

The Principal Component Analysis subreport displays the distribution of samples on the axis that is formed by the principal components that are estimated from the output distance matrix. These plots help you visualize whether samples can be grouped, meaning they belong to subpopulations and indicate population structure among individuals. The principal component scores for each individual can be extracted from the output table and used in subsequent analyses.
