In a self-contained JMP project, any files that you save to the project contents appear in the Contents tool panel.
Tip: To hide or show the Contents tool panel, select Project > Show Contents. To specify which tool panels appear by default when you create a project, select File > Preferences > Projects and choose the initial tool panels.
Open a file from the project contents
In the Contents tool panel, double-click a file.
Create a folder in the project contents
1. Click the Contents red triangle and select New Folder.
2. Name the folder and click OK.
Move files into folders
In the Contents tool panel, drag a file into a folder.
Copy a file or folder from your computer into the project contents
1. Click the Contents red triangle and select Copy Files into Project or Copy Folder into Project.
2. Navigate to the file and click Open, or navigate to the folder and click Select.
Copy a file from your project contents to your computer
1. In the Contents tool panel, right-click a file and select Copy File As.
2. Click Browse and navigate to where you want to save the file.
3. Click Save.
Rename a file in the project contents
In the Contents tool panel, right-click a file and select Rename.
Delete a file in the project contents
In the Contents tool panel, right-click a file and select Delete.
