Problem Note 61835: JMP® Clinical 6.1 hotfix to resolve issues with AE Narrative

This hotfix resolves several issue with AE Narratives in JMP® Clinical 6.1.
1. Enhancements so that AE Narrative can accomodate non-unique Findings test codes
2. Resolved a bug that AE Narratives show incorrect information for USUBJID, medical history and findings
3. There was a logic error that was preventing original units from working correctly This has been fixed
4. Investigator label in heading reads as $invhead. For example when running AE Narrative with default narrative template the label for investigator in the heading looks like this:
Subject: 101004
Randomized Arm: NIC .15
$invhead: 101A61835
5. While in the Review Builder JMP Clinical will now account for switching studies
