Term level defaults for JMP® Clinical Distribution and Incidence Screen reports have changed

In some cases, running a Distribution or Incidence Screen report in default mode gives an error, due to insufficient values in the default term level variable. 

This error is resolved in the JMP® Clinical 7.0.1 hot fix (link below), where the default term level is set to be the dictionary derived term.
