The Parametric Survival Fit Report
The Parametric Survival Fit report shows the following:
•
At the top of the report, the model fit is described. The Time to event shows which Y column is specified, and the Distribution shows which distribution is fit. AICc, BIC, and -2*LogLikelihood are all measures of the model fit. These measures allow for comparisons to other model fits. Observation Used and Uncensored Values are summary statistics for the data.
•
The Whole Model Test compares the complete fit with what would have been fit if no regressor variables were in the model and only an intercept term were fit.
Note:
If there is only an intercept term, the fit is the same as that from the Survival platform.
•
The Parameter Estimates report shows the estimates of the regression parameters.
•
The Effect Likelihood Ratio Tests compare the log likelihood from the fitted model to one that removes each term from the model individually.
•
The Plot Survival Quantiles plot shows the data points plotted with the 0.1, 0.5, and 0.9 quantiles.
