Now that you have seen the preview of JMP 12 above, the next question is: How do you upgrade to the new version at your organization? For annual license customers the answer lies in two words: software administrator. Find out who that person is, and bring him or her a steaming cup of coffee (or tea)! Tell your administrator that you would like to have JMP 12 as soon as possible. When JMP 12 is released, we will email software administrators to provide instructions for requesting it. Administrators can visit jmp.com/upgrade to request the upgrade beginning March 19.

So, ask your software administrator to look for an email with upgrade details and go to jmp.com/upgrade to request JMP 12 – it's a great use of your next coffee break!

Note: US customers with a single-user perpetual license can upgrade to JMP 12 by calling 877-594-6567. Users outside of the US should contact their local JMP sales office.
