Addressing the Challenges of Data Variety »

John SallData comes from a rich variety of sources in a rich variety of types, shapes, sizes and properties. That was the focus of the speech by JMP creator John Sall and Director of Statistical R&D Chris Gotwalt at Discovery Summit Europe in Brussels. They discussed the particular challenges of data that is too tall, too wide, too full of miscodings, outliers, holes or funny data types. Wide data especially presents many challenges, which requires analysts to adapt with different methods. Sall and Gotwalt showed how JMP 12 addresses these data challenges.
