How to Get JMP 13

Virtual join in JMP^® 13

Have you ever needed to explore data from multiple tables but didn’t want to physically join them? Now, with virtual join in JMP 13, you can join two or more JMP tables without having to make an actual join. Virtually join tables by linking a main table with multiple auxiliary tables (or referenced tables) that contain related data. A virtual join can free up both your memory resources and workspace by eliminating the need for extra tables.

Have you tried ...

Filtering using the JMP Recode feature? Recode is a powerful tool to consolidate, format and organize your data. However, often your data can be so large that scrolling through to find similar values or closely spelled data entries can be time consuming. The filter in Recode can help. The Filter field is located on the right side of the dialog box. What you type there can appear anywhere in the column and the filter is not case sensitive. Use quotes (" ") to include embedded whitespace in your filter. Read more about Recode in the JMP online documentation.
