Your blueprint for a successful JMP® Live rollout

Planning

Define success. Understand and document a comprehensive list of use cases and outcomes for a successful rollout.

Assemble your team.  Create a core adoption team, which includes power users, a system administrator to install and set up, and business administrators to assist users in setting up spaces, permissions, and workflow publishing.

Strategize.  Gather the core team to define and organize the heirarchy of spaces, levels of permissions, and organizational considerations, such as content structure and naming conventions.

Plan for growth.  Identify potential expansion into other areas of the organization when developing the structure for initial setup. Identify teams that may benefit from viewing, sharing, and collaborating with JMP Live reports (including colleagues who don't use JMP).

Setup

Install. Set up the infrastructure, install JMP Live, configure security measures like SSL certificates, and establish user authentication protocols. System administrators perform these installation steps.

Verify.  Engage with JMP's technical team to validate setup accuracy, facilitate administrator training, and ensure proper authentication. Address pending questions and confirm rollout readiness.

Kickoff and train.  Collaborate with the JMP team to train your core team. Cover organizational overview, review operational processes, and ensure proficiency in connectingpublishing, and scheduling reports.

Rollout

Seed content. Select initial reports to populate JMP Live for visibility of content, groups, and workflow processes. Pilot on a small scale to test functionalities like notifications and automation.

Refine.  Fine-tune best practices for content organization and space management. Document quick wins, lessons learned, and alignment with strategic goals.

Conduct regular check-ins.  Ensure ongoing communication among teams and with the JMP team. Conduct periodic reviews, address questions, and maintain alignment in the reporting and sharing processes.

Expansion

Measure.  Monitor metrics established in the goal-setting phase to gauge adoption rates, training effectiveness, user engagement, and relevance of content.

Foster growth.  Collaborate with other teams to explore avenues for more collaboration and information sharing. Conduct regular training sessions to onboard new users and integrate JMP Live into training programs.

Share successes.  Communicate the successes realized from using JMP Live. Use JMP Live reports in meetings, internal communications, or blogs, especially to target individuals without JMP who can benefit from shared reports.

Amplify.  Encourage the use of existing workflows by publishing, collaborating, and using JMP Live as the central repository for business decisions.

Efficiency in the rollout process not only speeds up implementation but also enhances the user experience – enabling your organization to use the full power of JMP Live from day one.
